My purpose in creating this gallery is, of course, to introduce the works of veteran artists. I also want to contribute to the young artists who are going to carry the future of art in Japan, to help them to have a place in the world of art. I am always looking forward to be able to contribute to the development of young artists who will be the backbone of the Japanese art world in the future, and to help them get their spotlight on the art stage.
This is all because when I was in high school, I gave up on my dream of becoming an artist due to opposition from my parents, who were businessmen, so there is a complex twisted feeling of regret that is released from helping younger artists make their passion a career where I wasn't able to.
All that aside, I hope that AMMON will be able to provide young Japanese artists with a good opportunity to showcase their talents and passions. AMMON, with the help of our seniors and friends, will continue to work towards fulfilling this goal.
